Bee Active has a duty of care towards the students we work with, as such permission is required of you as parent / guardian of the student(s) involved.

All media will be used solely by Bee Active for promotional purposes. Consent is entirely at the parent’s discretion and will not affect participation in any of our activities.

Digital imagery is an exciting medium, which can motivate and inspire students. Although the associated risks are minimal, Bee Active has a duty of care towards the students we work with, as such permission is required of you as parent / guardian of the student(s) involved.

Bee Active recognises the need to ensure the welfare and safety of all young people. In accordance with our safeguarding policy, we will not permit photographs, videos or other images of students to betaken where the Data Protection Act applies without the consent of the parents and students involved. Bee Active has policies relating to the use of photographs and videos. Copies are available via info@beeactive.co.uk or by calling 01782 205915.

Bee Active will take all necessary steps to ensure any images produced are used solely for the purposes for which they are intended. Video may be published into the public domain on many platforms; including social media, the internet and used in promotional materials for both Bee Active and Bee Active TV.

Your child’s safety is as important to us as it is to you. Any material will be stored securely and used solely by Bee Active and Bee Active TV.
